Who may purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring these products for research purposes, and that you have the knowledge and equipment to handle laboratory reagents safely.
Your responsibility on import
Regulations differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to establish whether these products may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction and under what conditions. We ship on the basis that you have done so. We cannot advise on the law of your country and do not attempt to.
If you resell
Products bought from us must not be relabelled, described or sold as medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics. The research-use-only designation travels with the product. If you supply these goods onward, that restriction becomes your obligation to pass on.
Quality
We send samples to independent laboratories and publish the reports in full, without selecting favourable results. What we state about a product is what the testing shows — no more than that.
Products are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. Once a parcel is delivered, storage and handling conditions are outside our control and therefore outside our responsibility.
